- Patrick Darbo makes her return as Nancy Wesley next week.
- AlexAnn Hopkins makes her debut as Joy Wesley next week.
- Also returning is John-Paul Lavoisier, who reprises the role of Philip Kiriakis next week. Lavoisier was last seen on the show in 2023.
- Wally Kurth will be on next week as Justin.
- Bruce Beatty who plays Seth Burns will also be on next week.
- Lesley Robins is scheduled to make a cameo on Days of our Lives, no exact airdate has been revealed just yet. (But given how far the show tapes in advance, this cameo could happen sometime in 2025).
General Hospital Comings and Goings Week of October 21
- Scott Reeves makes his return as Steven Lars Webber nex week on October 24.
- Cosette Abinante is on next week as Scout Cain
- Carolyn Hennesy will be on as Diane
- Bradford Anderson is back on screen next week as Spinelli.
