Freddie Smith (ex-Sonny Kiriakis, Days Of Our Lives) took to Instagram recently to share exciting news; he and his wife, Alyssa purchased their first home! Smith said the following in an Instagram reel, “After 17 years of renting apartments, Alyssa and I are officially under contract on our very first home! I’m super pumped, especially in this market, I feel super blessed that our offer was accepted and the unique thing is that it’s a new build so for anyone who is a first time home buyer or struggling right now in this wild market, look into new builds, do some research, there are some advantages of new builds and with it being a new build, it’s gonna be ready in about 4-6 months so Alyssa and I have some time and get to watch it be built and it just so happens that our lease is up in 6 months so the timing could be perfect. I just feel like I added another piece to my adult puzzle and I’m just so pumped to share the journey with you and take progress photos as the house is being built and I think one of my favorite parts is that Benjamin is going to have a yard of his own to be outside in the sunshine”.
