Days of Our Lives alum, Jen Lilley (ex-Theresa Donovan) and her husband, Jason Wayne just welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world. Julie Evangeline was born on July 30, 2019, weighing 6lbs, 8oz and 19inches at 7:10 A.M. Lilley is also mom to two boys, we congratulate the Hallmark star and former General Hospital actress on the exciting new family addition. See the pics below!
