On today’s Days of Our Lives for April 14, 2023: Affected by the drugged biscuits, Nicole and Eric get hot and heavy, Rafe has an adverse reaction to the biscuits, Stefan is ready to make love to Melinda, believing her to be Gabi, and Wendy confronts Johnny and Chanel.
Rafe is enjoying breakfast biscuits from Sweet Bits when Jada comes into his office. She updates him about Sloan and apologizes for her sister pushing him about them the day before. He tells her that it’s ok but she’s confused when he starts to rail against the rule that is keeping them from dating. Rafe hallucinates that she’s dressed provocatively and kisses her!
Sloan interrupts them just as Jada pushes Rafe away from her. Sloan tells them that she’s there to give them her phone to check out. Rafe hallucinates that she’s Duke the stuffed bear and tries to hug her but she pushes him away. Jada’s trying to figure out what’s going on with him when he suddenly collapses!
Li is trying to confront Gabi about her deception but she’s hallucinating that he’s Stefan and tries to make love to him. Li has an attack of conscience and pulls away, telling her that he’s not Stefan. Gabi’s confused and he asks her if she’s on drugs. She denies it and then gets violently ill.
Melinda is confused when Stefan comes on to her but that soon turns to happiness when she thinks it’s her that he actually wants. She has no idea that he’s hallucinating that she’s Gabi. They are about to make love when Stefan realizes who she is and jumps out of bed. Melinda is confused and enraged, thinking he was just using her and she attacks him. He has no idea what’s going on and then Melinda gets ill as well.
Under the influence of the drugged biscuits Eric and Nicole hallucinate about each other. Nicole thinks she sees Eric dressed as a priest and he thinks she’s in a bikini. They wind up in bed and make love! While they are basking in a still-drugged afterglow Sloan shows up to reconcile with Eric. He tries to put her off at the door but she goes around him and is shocked to see Nicole in his bed! They start to come down from the drug effects as they’re telling her what happened and she figures out that they must have been drugged!
At the hospital, Jada is waiting for word on Rafe when Stefan approaches her. He tells Jada that he thinks his brother drugged him and Melinda. She asks some questions and figures out that it has something to do with the biscuits. Gabi gets off the elevator with Li and hugs Stefan.
Wendy is devastated when she sees Johnny propose to Chanel in the square and sees Chanel accept. She angrily confronts him but he’s under the influence of the drug and has no idea why she’s mad. She tells him that they’re over and storms away. Later as the effects of the drugs start to wear off Chanel tells him that she doesn’t actually want to marry him and has no idea why she said she did. She and Talia go into the bakery, trying to figure out what’s going on when Jada comes in to question them about the biscuits everyone was eating. She thinks they may have been drugged. Chanel thinks it had to have been Sloan and Talia remembers being the one to drug the dough!
