‘General Hospital’ fans are accustom to watching Anthony Montgomery in the role of Dr. Andre Maddox but this Saturday, fans will get an opportunity to see him delve into the role of a Reverend. “The Preacher’s Son” which was released earlier this year is set to make its television debut on November 18 on BET at 8PM and Montgomery plays the role of Rev. Reynolds in the very interesting drama film.
“The Preacher’s Son” is directed by Trey Haley and written by Carl Weber. It is based on Weber’s New York Times Best Seller of the same title. It tells the story of Bishop T. K Wilson, his wife and two children who are a respectable family in their community, yet the Wilson kids fight temptations. Dante, their son is focused on other things than taking over his father’s church. There is also a new love that’s going to test the strength of the Wilson family.
Also, starring in the film are; Clifton Powell, Valarie Pettiford, Christian Keyes, Jaleel White and more. Be sure to tune in this Saturday!
