Galen Gering’s (Rafe Hernandez, Days of Our Lives) youngest son, Jensen Gering has been tapped for the lead role in an upcoming TV show. In December, Galen teased, “You should be smiling because you’ve got a big announcement coming and you’ve worked hard and made many sacrifices to get here. Congratulations J!!! Super excited for you and can’t wait to share the news!” As the new year kicked off and Jensen reported on set for his new big job he noted, “2023 starting off right…First day on set as the lead on a new TV Show!“
According to Deadline, Jensen will star in the new Nickelodeon series called Erin & Aaron which will premiere on April 20 at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT. The series follows teenage stepsiblings Erin and Aaron as they navigate their new lives after their parent’s marriage, and find strength in their shared passion for music. The multi-camera series will feature original songs and performances throughout the season. Watch the trailer below!
Jensen was born in Santa Monica, California, on July 16, 2008. He is the youngest child of “Days of our Lives” on NBC actor Galen Gering. At the young age of 2, Jensen started modeling. He has since been featured in a number of national and international print and television advertisements for well-known companies like; Guess, Banana Republic, Tommy Hilfiger, H&M, Lucky Brand, Old Navy, and Puma, to mention a few. At age 3, Jensen had an appearance on the reality series “Dirty Soap” on the E! Network. As the onscreen son of Denise Richards (Shauna, The Bold and the Beautiful) in the major motion picture, “Wickensburg,” Jensen received his first acting job in 2021 as Elliot Lucas. Jensen also plays the guitar and sings and writes songs.
