The role of James West on General Hospital is now being played by Gary James Fuller. Fuller made his debut on the ABC daytime drama today (April 6th) while performing at the Nurses Ball. Ecstatic about his new acting gig, the young actor noted, “I’m so thrilled to announce that I have joined the General Hospital family as James West! I had so much fun being part of the Nurses Ball 2023!”
James is the son of the late Det. Nathan West (ex-Ryan Paevey) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). James West was born in 2018 and played by Sally Brown as an infant, followed by Beau and Jet Marciano, Caleb and Kyler Ends, and then Owen and Curtis Rufca.
