Since Britt had recruited Anna to get intel on her brother’s death because her mom desperately wanted answers, Britt raced out to Mount Emerson… only to find that it was dark, secluded, and Anna was there with a gun.

As Anna pulled a gun on her, she told Britt that she chose the spot so no one could hear her scream. Britt was shocked.
She struggled to comprehend why Anna would lure her there, but soon surmised that Anna may be arresting her. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Anna told Britt this was not professional—it was personal, and she had to do this now.
As they went back and forth, an emotional Anna was confronted by Jason, who showed up and tried to talk her down from making one of the biggest mistakes of her life. Sadly, Anna was not having it.
Anna Fired the Gun at Peter
And to make matters worse, Peter was right there — in Anna’s hallucinations, of course — pushing Anna to go through with it. In a moment of fit and emotional rage, Anna fired the gun straight at Peter as she declared that this ends tonight
Meanwhile, Jason shielded Britt from the shots.
Anna then realized what she had done and broke down in tears.
Jason begged her for the gun and told Britt to run.
And that’s when Anna became an emotional mess as she finally let on that she had not been as well as she had led everyone to believe.
