Sam approaches Elizabeth at the hospital. Elizabeth asks Sam about Danny sneaking out and getting drunk. After Danny’s arrival, Elizabeth acknowledges his behavior, reassuring Sam that it’s totally normal teenage behavior. As they sit and talk, Sam notes that Danny reminds her more and more of Jason every day. While she wants to hold him accountable for his actions, she doesn’t want Danny to see her as one of his enemies. She says she wishes there was a rule book to guide her. “You and me both,” Liz responds.
They both agree that the teenage years are rough on everyone. Sam thanks Elizabeth for her advice. Later, Danny arrives and Sam is ready to go home. He mutters about going back to prison and Sam then asks Danny if he wants to go somewhere else.
She takes him to the bridge and admits that it always makes her feel closer to his dad. She wonders if it’s the same for him. Sam encourages him to talk to her about his dad anytime, and Danny opens up about his friend Wyatt whose father is back in town. Danny reveals conflicting emotions about this. Although Sam encourages him to talk, Danny insists that he’s fine.

When Gregory crosses paths with Tracy at the Metro Court, he invites her to join him and his sons. Tracy takes a seat with them and inquires about how it is living under one roof for a change. The response is positive so far, and the conversation shifts to the upcoming wedding and the arrangements for the rehearsal dinner in Coney Island.
As they discuss the event, Gregory shares a humorous story about Finn’s childhood mishap with cotton candy at a fair, which sparks laughter among them. The topic then turns to their plus ones for the wedding, and a sense of curious confidence fills the air. Ultimately, Tracy’s departure from the table and her reaction to the question about her date for the wedding reveal a sense of intrigue.

Kristina undergoes an ultrasound at the hospital, accompanied by Molly and TJ. When the doctor offers to reveal the baby’s sex, Kristina agrees, but Molly opposes, stating that she and TJ had decided to keep it a surprise. However, they eagerly listen to the baby’s heartbeat. After the ultrasound, Dr. Navarro hands Molly and TJ an envelope containing the baby’s sex, to be opened if they wish. As Kristina leaves, they invite her to dinner, but she declines citing that she has other plans. TJ feels perplexed, questioning if the situation was odd and weird.
Kristina visits Blaze to share positive news about the ultrasound, but Blaze notices her demeanor and inquires what’s wrong. Kristina opens up about a unique experience during the appointment, describing the magical feeling of hearing the baby’s heartbeat and her immediate connection with the baby. Despite feeling overwhelmed, Blaze reassures Kristina that her emotions are perfectly normal and healthy. The couple then shares a tender moment before heading to bed.

A furious Sonny returns home, throwing things, while Ava looks on. Sonny begins cleaning up as Ava approaches, asking if he obtained any information from Selina’s contact. Sonny informs Ava that the man coming after him is named Stone, and he suspects that someone is using Stone’s memories to rattle him. Ava brings up Esme using Kiki’s memory to manipulate her, expressing relief that Ryan is dead but admitting it hasn’t brought closure.
Sonny reveals his plan to set a trap for whoever Stone is by arranging a meeting with Selina in a distant location, hoping Stone will attempt to ambush them. He emphasizes the need to identify the leak. Ava references the recent betrayals Sonny has faced, to which Sonny acknowledges the scarcity of trustworthy individuals.
Ava offers her support, stating that he can’t go it alone and that if he needs someone, he has her. Sonny remarks on the unexpected nature of her loyalty, concluding that the only person one can truly trust is oneself. Ava bids him goodnight and departs as Sonny removes his wedding ring.

At the station, John is seething upon discovering Anna’s intention to circumvent his authority. Their conversation is abruptly cut short by the interruption of the cops, who are eavesdropping on Cyrus’s discussion with O’Neil. Everyone present listens intently as Cyrus presses O’Neil to disclose the identity of his boss, who poses a greater threat than spending a lifetime in prison. The tension escalates when Heather Webber interrupts accusing Cyrus of being a deceitful hypocrite whose preaching is nothing but a facade.
Heather discloses that Laura, the mayor, is Cyrus’s brother. She is enraged that he betrayed her daughter’s confidence to Laura, ultimately leading to her demise. In a fit of anger, Heather attacks Cyrus, prompting Anna and the others to rush to the scene. Anna warns John against interfering, as it could jeopardize Cyrus’s cover, but John stands his ground. They enter the room, where guards have restrained Heather, escort O’Neil back to his cell, and return Heather to hers.
Dante questions Cyrus about the commotion, to which Cates dismissively remarks that the entire ordeal was fruitless. In contrast, Cyrus asserts that his conversation with O’Neil was, in fact, quite enlightening. O’neil was too terrified to give a name, but he is convinced that the person can get to him in Pentonville in custody. The man is a literal ghost, the person they are so desperate to find is dead.
