General Hospital Episode Recap, Cast List, and Spoilers for July 12, 2023: Lucy & Felicia Land In Pine Valley
Spoilers for General Hospital on July 12, 2023: Lucy and Felicia embark on a caper. Sasha surprises Maxie. Chase is gobsmacked. Martin seeks advice. Cody tries to outsmart Selina.
General Hospital Episode Recap July 12, 2023: Lucy & Felicia Land In Pine Valley
Maxie and Sasha are shopping and Maxie is surprised by how risque some of Sasha’s choices are. Sasha tells her that she is planning on reinventing herself when the guardianship ends and she wants people and the press to notice her. She has also had the shopper gather things for Willow because she wants to gift her a new wardrobe. Maxie notices how expensive some of the things Sasha is buying for Willow are and offers to chip in.
Maxie notices that Sasha is acting off and asks her what is going on. Sasha tells her that her new psychiatrist prescribed her something revolutionary – meditation. Maxie steps away to take a call from her kids who are fighting and Sasha takes another pill. Maxie has to go home and leaves Sasha to finish her shopping.
Chase is still investigating the shooting at the pool while Brook Lynn and Tracy talk about Decption while he is out of earshot. Tracy pressures her to get more information but Brook Lynn tells her that she can’t because they are all watching her closely now. Chase comes over and talks to them and he and Tracy start to bicker about Brook Lynn working at Deception. Chase asks to speak to Brook Lynn alone and Tracy leaves them to talk.
Once they are alone, Chase asks Brook Lynn why Tracy makes her so nervous and she finally confesses that Tracy is making her work at Deception. Chase asks her how Tracy is doing that just as Tracy interrupts them and tells him it is none of his business. Brook Lynn doesn’t want to lie to Chase again so she confesses that Tracy helped him get his badge back.
Brook Lynn tells him about calling Tracy for help and Tracy getting the board to give him another hearing. Chase has to take a call and Tracy tries to convince Brook Lynn to lie more but she refuses. When he comes back over he tells Brook Lynn that he has to go but he has questions she needs to answer later. Chase tells Tracy that neither he nor Brook Lynn owes her anything before telling Brook Lynn that he has to go and that it isn’t over.
Chase starts to walk away but comes back and kisses Brook Lynn before leaving. After he is gone Tracy tries to get Brook Lynn to go back to work but she tells her that she is quitting now that Chase knows the truth and Tracy has nothing else to hold over her. Tracy reminds her that she committed corporate espionage and asks her what Chase would think of that.
Michael and Willow enjoy her being home but Willow has bad news, they can’t make love yet. She is disappointed because she really wants to but Michael is very understanding and tells her that he will wait as long as she needs to. Sasha comes by to visit and brings Willow the clothes she bought for her, still very hyper.
Michael steps out to take a phone call from Joss who is calling to tell him about the shooting and Willow and Sasha talk inside. Willow notices that the security tag is still on one of the shirts and Sasha tells her that she will bring it back and have them remove it. Chase arrives but tells them he’s not there for a visit, he has to talk to Sasha. Sasha brushes him off because she is talking to Willow but he tells her that it can’t wait and then tells her that she is under arrest.
At the Savoy, Gladys celebrates a big win with Dr. Montague as Ms. Wu berates Cody for losing. He tries to explain but she doesn’t want to hear it. He tells her that he understands if she wants to fire him. Gladys and Dr. Montague discuss Sasha and the pills and he promises her that they are safe and tells her that people will notice the effects soon and the guardianship with stay intact.
Ms. Wu questions why Cody doesn’t want to work for her anymore and he tells her that isn’t it. He tries to backtrack but she gets suspicious and starts to think he blew the game on purpose. Cody is trying to figure out what Gladys is up to with the doctor and Ms. Wu gets annoyed that he is paying attention. She tells Li to bring her the cards that were being used when Cody lost. She gives Cody one last chance to come clean but he doesn’t. When she sees that he marked the cards he tries to explain but it’s too late and she tells Li to grab Cody. Li finds the ink Cody used to mark the cards in his boot.
Anna breaks into the room the shooter used and is looking around when she hears the door about to open. She hides behind it and hits the man who enters. It turns out to be Martin who is there because Valentin asked him to look after Anna after he heard about the shooting. Anna tells him that she was just trying to help law enforcement but Martin doesn’t believe her.
Anna confesses that she thinks she was the target and they talk about missing Valentin. Martin tells her about the problems he is having with Lucy and Anna tries to convince him that it’s because Lucy lied and actually does want to get married. Martin doesn’t believe her and tries to convince her that he doesn’t want to get married because of his previous bad experiences but Anna thinks he is lying. She brings up learning about his past when she was blackmailing him and mentions that one of his ex-wives pays him alimony. She thinks that he doesn’t want to remarry because he will lose that money but he doesn’t want to confess that to Lucy.
Felicia and Lucy go to a law office in Pine Valley to try to find out what Martin is hiding. They pretend to be sisters and have set up an appointment with the lawyer, Jackson Montgomery. Lucy goes into the office with Jackson while Felicia stays out in the reception area, eyeing the filing cabinets.
When the receptionist leaves to fill Lucy’s complicated coffee order, Felicia finds the keys in her office and searches the file cabinets. The file she is looking for is empty and she is about to break into the safe when Lucy and Jackson come back out, talking about their dinner date that evening. Felicia tells Lucy she is going to come back and get into the safe while she is out to dinner with Jackson that night!
