Anna Shares Her Fears with Jason
On today’s episode of General Hospital, Jason swings by to see Anna.
“Good to see you. Thanks for coming,” she tells him as she lets him in.
She asks how Britt is doing. Jason notes that she is still shaken up, but she will be okay. However, when he reveals they talked about that night, he admits it did not go well.
“What do you mean?” a curious Anna asks.
Jason reveals Britt asked him to back her story with the PCPD. He said no. Anna tells him he shouldn’t have done that. She thinks it would have made Britt feel safer. After all, Britt must be terrified of Anna after what happened.
At the same time, Anna opens up about her own future. She doesn’t think she will be in Port Charles much longer. It won’t be by her own choice, either. She figures the WSB will show up soon and haul her off to one of their facilities.
Jason points out that Joss did what Anna asked by reporting it to the WSB. Still, Anna just wants to be locked up again, even if it exacerbates her PTSD. She believes that if Jason hadn’t shown up that night, she would have killed Britt.
As for why she asked Jason over? If and when the bureau takes her away, she wants Joss and Emma to see that she brought this on herself. Consequently, she wants Jason to make them understand what she did to Britt.
Willow Seeks Valentin’s Advice
Meanwhile, Willow makes an urgent call. She demands to see Agent Baines in her office before the end of the day. Valentin shows up to see her shortly after. She informs him about what is going on with her mother. She is convinced her mom was framed and insists she is innocent.
“Who would do that… Drew, perhaps?” Valentin asks.
He reveals he knows they kept Drew in a locked-in state. He also adds that he believes Brennan cut his losses and left town. Valentin then offers some advice. He thinks she should approach the WSB as an ally.
“The only way you’re going to help your mother is to help the WSB.”
Willow considers offering a bribe, but Valentin advises against it. Instead, she needs to step up her game and make herself indispensable to the WSB.
Baines Visits Carly’s Office
Over at Carly’s office, Carly demands answers from Baines about when they will be out of her hotel. Baines thought she would be much more grateful for the search. After all, she was the one who turned their attention to Nina regarding Jack Brennan’s disappearance.
Carly wastes no time asking if it was necessary to drag Crimson’s editor-in-chief out in handcuffs. Baines informs her that she will have to deal with the WSB whether she wants to or not. After he leaves, Carly gets a call about someone causing trouble in the parking lot.
Danny Opens up to Cody
Down at the stables, Danny promises Cody he will do all his chores. First, though, he needs to borrow Cody’s truck. Cody warns him that sneaking off isn’t doing anyone any favors. He reminds Danny that Tracy is the boss and Cody is in charge of him this afternoon.
Danny explains that a friend is in trouble and he has to get to them right away. Right then, he gets a text from Rocco alerting him that he found Scout.
Later, Danny is cleaning the stables when Cody returns. Cody asks if something is going on with Scout. Danny explains that it isn’t his sister he is worried about. It’s Charlotte. Her problems with Drew are escalating, and it is messing things up for everyone.
That’s when Cody offers his advice. He suggests Danny just let it be and play the long game. Eventually, things will work out the right way.
Charlotte’s Plan is No More
Elsewhere, Charlotte is waiting inside Drew’s car. She pulls her top up as someone approaches. It’s Scout, who demands answers. Charlotte tells her to leave right now before she ruins everything.
On the other side, Rocco shows up. He tells his sister this isn’t going to work and she needs to get out of the car. After Charlotte steps out, they reveal that Danny sent them.
Charlotte explains her plan was meant to help Scout spend time with her brother. She asks to speak to Rocco alone and reveals the details of her scheme. She is convinced it will work.
Suddenly, Carly shows up demanding to know what is going on. Scout reveals that Charlotte was found in Drew’s car. Charlotte claims she just wanted to drive it and that her plan was stupid. She says she is glad Rocco and Scout stopped her.
Carly informs her that this could have been a big issue. Charlotte could have been hit with a grand theft auto charge. Rocco jumps in and points out that isn’t the truth. His sister was actually hoping to frame Drew.
Carly brings Charlotte to the office, where Charlotte explains her plan. Carly understands, but she warns that this would have been a huge mistake. She opens up about her own younger days, making mistakes like this. Charlotte begs her not to tell her dad about this. Carly calls her beau and asks him to come by; his daughter is there. As he gets there, Carly informs him that his daughter broke into Drew’s car.
Meanwhile, Scout and Rocco talk about Danny. They also talk about being able to have each other to lean on.
Britt Opens up to Isaiah
Over at the hospital, Britt is staring into space when Isaiah shows up. He suggests she get out of there. However, she tells him there is nowhere she wants to go and nobody waiting for her anyway.
Britt then shares what happened to her. She claims she knew someone was being held against their will, but she waited too long to do something about it. After she opens up, Isaiah tells her she did her best, and everyone else can be damned. “Thanks for believing me. Too bad Jason doesn’t,” Britt says.
Baines Goes to See Anna
Back to Anna and Jason. Jason offers to help Anna hide. However, she thinks it is best to face the consequences of what she did.
Just then, Baines shows up. He points out what Joss told him. Ready to accept her fate, Anna notes that she is willing to hand herself over and face the consequences of her actions.
Baines reveals that Anna will stay in Port Charles under Dr. Nichols’ care. On top of that, he wants her to sign an NDA. Anna agrees and signs the papers.
Anna notes this is all because of Britt. She wants Jason to thank her since she knows Britt would not want to hear from her. However, Jason adds that she doesn’t want to hear from him either, because they broke up. “Because of me?” Anna asks. Jason explains that they ended things because of trust issues.
Meanwhile, Baines goes to see Willow. She has one thing on her mind, and that is her mother. To that end, she asks: “What does the WSB need from me to ensure that my mother returns to Port Charles immediately?“
