Rocco’s actions put him in a tough spot when Dalton (Daniel Goddard) catches him inside the research lab and immediately demands his arrest. But Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) steps in fast, and she’s not having it. She makes it clear that no one is arresting her grandson.
