Ava and Drew coordinate as they try to figure out their next move. Ava warns Drew that they may want people to think Jack has simply disappeared, but that’s not the case. A man like Jack Brennan doesn’t just disappear.
“How exactly are we going to deal with that?” Ava asks.
Nina Finds Herself in the Hot Seat
Speaking of trouble, Nina finds herself in the hot seat at the beginning of the week.
While Nina is at the Metro Court Gardens with Ava, William Baines is keeping a close eye on her. Later, he approaches Nina with questions about the man she had a very public falling-out with.
That puts Nina in an uncomfortable position. What does Baines know, and why is he suddenly so interested in her connection? Nina may have more explaining to do than she expected.
