Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, November 4, 2026, bring some welcome news for Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer), who has survived surgery and is finally back with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). With his health improving and his relationship falling back into place, Xander has plenty to be grateful for. But there’s more to his recovery than meets the eye. He opens up to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), while Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) confronts Sarah about her feelings.
Meanwhile, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) has an unexpected encounter, and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) shows sympathy for Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd).

Xander Opens Up to Marlena After His Close Call
Xander lives! And honestly, we couldn’t be happier.
We can’t imagine Salem without his infectious smile and signature presence. Thankfully, the frightening events at DiMera Enterprises only knocked him down temporarily. He managed to pull through surgery and is now on the road to recovery.
And there’s even more good news: he and Sarah are finally back together!
That’s certainly the icing on the cake for Xander. After everything he’s been through, being reunited with the woman he loves is exactly what he wanted.
But now that he’s awake, alive, and finally seeing things fall into place, Xander has another important step to take.
He’ll be opening up to Marlena.
Xander has been attending sessions with Salem’s well-respected psychiatrist, and it seems the good doctor has developed quite a soft spot for him.
After all, these sessions have allowed Marlena to see a very different side of Xander. Beneath the tough exterior and sometimes questionable decisions, there’s a man with plenty of feelings he’s not always comfortable expressing.
Now, Xander is ready to get honest with his therapist.
Brady Confronts Sarah About Her Feelings for Xander
Meanwhile, Brady has some questions for Sarah.
Remember, Brady was the one who ended their relationship after overhearing Sarah’s emotional bedside confession.
While Sarah was with Xander, she admitted that she was still in love with him. Brady heard enough to realize that her heart belonged somewhere else.
And rather than continue a relationship with a woman whose feelings were divided, Brady made a difficult decision.
He let Sarah go.
In Brady’s eyes, he deserves someone who loves him completely, and he wasn’t interested in settling for anything less. He believed Sarah should be free to be with the man she truly wanted.
Fair enough!
But now Brady is confronting Sarah about her feelings.
What’s behind this conversation? Is he looking for answers, struggling with the decision he made, or simply trying to get some closure?
Chanel Has an Unexpected Encounter
Elsewhere, Chanel is in for a surprise when she has an unexpected encounter.
But who could she run into?
Salem is full of complicated relationships, unfinished business, and people who seem to pop up when least expected. So this encounter could certainly lead to some interesting developments.
Who will it be?
We’ll have to wait and see!
Kristen Sympathizes With Sophia
Meanwhile, Days of our Lives spoilers for November 4 also tease that Kristen has a sympathetic moment with Sophia.
Now, sympathy from Kristen is always interesting, especially considering her own complicated history and tendency to get involved in other people’s problems.
