We don’t get to see Sonya Eddy as Epiphany Johnson on General Hospital as much as we’d like but fans can look forward to seeing her tomorrow night on a new primetime crime drama called Tommy on CBS.
Tommy is an upcoming American drama television series created by Paul Attanasio set to premiere on February 6, 2020, on CBS. A former high-ranking NYPD officer becomes the first female police chief of Los Angeles. A true blue New Yorker, Abigail “Tommy” Thomas uses her unflinching honesty and hardball tactics to keep social, political and national security issues from hindering effective law enforcement in the Southland. With an equal distribution of political, procedural and family drama, “Tommy” comes from Paul Attanasio, the creator of the acclaimed series “Bull,” “House” and “Homicide: Life on the Street.”
Edie Falco plays the lead with cast members; Michael Chernus, Russell G. Jones, Olivia Lucy Phillip, Adelaide Clemens, Joseph Lyle Taylor, Thomas Sadoski, Vladimir Caamano and more. The first episode is titled In Dreams Begin Responsibilities. The Young and the Restless alum, Corbin Bernsen also guest stars as Milt Leakey in tomorrow’s episode.
