Here’s Who Rafe Ends Up In Bed With on Days of our Lives

No one is “Safe!” For weeks, Days of Our Lives has been gearing up for their latest whodunit, “Who Shot EJ?” Days has done a very nice job of lining up plenty enough suspects, all with plenty enough motive. We are expecting, in usual soap fashion, that we will have to wait before the culprit…

No one is “Safe!” For weeks, Days of Our Lives has been gearing up for their latest whodunit, “Who Shot EJ?” Days has done a very nice job of lining up plenty enough suspects, all with plenty enough motive.

We are expecting, in usual soap fashion, that we will have to wait before the culprit is ultimately revealed. So, right now, an easier question one can answer is, “Who wants to shoot EJ?” Who? Lots of folks!

Also in true soap form, we are anticipating weeks full of twists and turns and ramifications as the storyline unfolds. And recent spoilers have provided a little insight into some of the initial blow back headed to our screens, including a reconnection romp. Let’s set this up!

Belle hasn’t been able to shake her EJ jones’ and spoilers say she declares her love to an unconscious EJ and Sami overhears. Enters Hurricane Sami.

Rafe, still reeling from the news that while he was being held captive, Jada found comfort in Shawn’s arms after being dumped and duped by doppelganger Rafe, appears will need comfort of his own. Enters Hurricane Sami.

Stormy Sami + Reeling Rafe = Say it again,”Safe.”

“Safe” met in 2008 when Rafe, a then federal agent, came to Salem and was assigned to be Sami’s bodyguard when she was in witness protection. The pair fell in love, but baby switching, doppelgangers, kidnapping, deaths and resurrections, and family drama galore proved a bit too much for them to overcome, and of course, there was EJ always lurking about, drawing Sami back in.

And although “Safe” have never appeared to be the end game, from time to time, they do like to dabble in each other, revisit the past, and fall back…in bed.

Well, soap fam, it looks like it is that time again!

    I always liked Rafe with Sami. I think that that if E.J. wasn’t in the picture they could have been happy. I think Rafe is a lot like Roman and she loves her dad.

    No chemistry — didn’t have it in 2008 and doesn’t have it in 2025. EJ has always been a better mate for Sami — even the EJ recast. He and Sami never had a fair chance once they reconnected after his recuperation from being resurrected from the dead. When things began to smooth out, Lucas framed EJ as Sami’s kidnapper, so Sami broke things off with EJ and left Salem with Lucas. After waiting for years for an EJ recast, I was terribly disappointed how everything played out. I would love to have seen some love and romance with the new EJ and Sami. Rafe never had chemistry with anyone except for Sheridan on Passions.

      I disagree I love the chemistry between Rafe and Sammy, then and now.

      Exactly! Sheridan was Galen’s best love story AND chemistry. Hands down! That kind of chemistry is not able to be replicated. It knocks Sami out of the water. Days needs to wake up and bring McKenzie to Days and reunite Shuis. None of these women are a match with Galen.

      This storyline of Rafe and Sami is the worst. Rafe and Sami have been over for so many years now. Throwing them together so randomly like this after all this time doesn’t even make sense. It’s just an excuse for Ron to write about bed hopping. The only thing he can do. He has NO creativity whatsoever.

      Exactly! Sheridan was Galen’s best love story AND chemistry. Hands down! That kind of chemistry is not able to be replicated. It was so sizzling that all they had to do was look at each other and it fried our TVs. Shuis’s chemistry knocks Sami out of the water. Days needs to wake up and bring McKenzie to Days. None of these women are a match with Galen.

      This storyline of Rafe and Sami is the worst. I hate it. Rafe and Sami have been over for so many years now. Throwing them together so randomly like this after all this time doesn’t even make sense. It’s just an excuse for Ron to write about bed hopping. The only thing he can do.
