Matt Cohen is on a quest, and he needs your help to bring his next big gig, Public Domain, to life! Cohen is probably best known to daytime soap opera fans for his 2016-2019 run as Dr. Griffin Munro on General Hospital, but now he’s diving headfirst into the wacky world of animation.

Picture this: an animated TV series spoofing intellectual property and some iconic characters! At the Hollywood bar called “Public Domain,” a crew of once-famous faces hang out, swapping wild stories about their glory days while sipping cocktails or pouring drinks. It’s like Cheers met Bob’s Burgers—but instead, you have a star-studded parade of characters like Wendy Darling (Peter Pan), Dorothy (Wizard of Oz), Santa, Sherlock Holmes, and Quasimodo. And some of these characters would be voiced by actors from Supernatural, as explained by Cohen.

Want to get in on the fun? There’s an Indiegogo page where you can donate to help make Public Domain a reality and ensure it’s a huge hit. And let’s not forget, your donations come with some nifty perks—you might even get to read the pilot! Check out Matt Cohen’s video announcement below! (Photo: IMDB)
