The Bold and the Beautiful has hit the jackpot with Christian Weissmann as Remy Pryce! Just weeks following his debut in November, he’s already snagged the title of Soap Opera News’ performer of the week for the week ending December 27, 2024.
From his initial scene, it was evident that Remy was more than meets the eye. As the story progressed, it became increasingly apparent that he exhibited obsessive and delusional tendencies, particularly as he was revealed to be the individual responsible for the deepfakes of Electra Forrester and ultimately costing her her job at Forrester Creations.
This week, Electra finally learned the truth when she stumbled upon a pictureboard of her in Remy’s bathroom. As Remy returned to his pad, Electra tried to make a sneaky escape—However, Remy was a hawk on her trail, stopping her to explain his questionable actions. Electra wasn’t having it, though; she was ready to bolt, but Remy told her he couldn’t live without her.
The scenes were intense—keeping us on the edge of our seats! But Christian Weissmann’s acting was the real showstopper as he nailed Remy’s emotions perfectly. He’s proven to be a fantastic addition to the show. Kudos to him for scoring performer of the week—a well-deserved accolade! Good get, B&B!
