The writers of The Bold and the Beautiful have thrown Liam into a plot twist so wild, even he might need a seatbelt! Scott Clifton, the genius behind the role, has been given some juicy material that has snagged him the title of Soap Opera News’ Performer of the Week!
As a three-time Emmy Award winner, Clifton is like the rock star of daytime drama. In his latest saga, after a very intense confrontation with Bill about Luna, Liam suddenly experiences dizziness and blurred vision and a collapse that saw Steffy rushing in like a superhero when she found him lying on the ground outside of the Spencer mansion. Thankfully, the doctors acted fast.
Liam’s Heartbreaking Story
He woke up and the doctors, after doing their necessary tests, soon discovered that he had a mass on his brain—a brain tumor that was inoperable! Finn had to break the news to Steffy first, and she took on the task of telling Liam. It was a hard thing to process. Who wouldn’t struggle with news like that? Nobody wants a “death sentence.” The man’s got two daughters and so many reasons to live!
Watching Scott Clifton tackle this emotional rollercoaster is both heart-wrenching and entertaining—in a good way, of course! Clifton expertly showcased his powerful acting skills (which earned him those three Emmys), bringing this compelling story to life so masterfully.
