Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) finally have their second wedding on Days of our Lives.

So, how did they meet? One evening at the bar, Chanel bumped into Johnny DiMera, who also went by Giovanni. Chanel thought the name was cool. When Johnny learned that his dad had stopped supporting him, Chanel offered to cover the drinks and mentioned that her mom had cut her off by cutting up her credit card in front of her. Chanel and Johnny started hitting it off. Later, Paulina (Jackee Harry) met Johnny and accidentally let it slip that Chanel had kissed another woman, which Johnny was totally okay with. Eventually after getting to know each other better, Johnny and Chanel ended up heading to Italy where they tied the knot.

Johnny and Chanel’s Second Wedding

Despite getting divorced not much long after and seeing other people, Johnny and Chanel eventually found their way back to each other. They grew closer and closer, and Johnny felt it was time to pop the question. After he proposed, they decided to have their wedding on Valentine’s Day, but with a twist – they planned to get married at the hospital so that Paulina could be there. Despite the challenges, the couple was determined to go ahead with their wedding in this unique way.

Johnny and Chanel had their second wedding at Salem University Hospital in Paulina’s room. Paulina did it all – acting as the giveaway parent, witness, matron of honor, and Abe officiated as the lovely couple exchanged vows.
