Say wha-a-at? Could our favorite ‘One Life to Live’ antagonist and Byronic hero in the person of Robin Strasser (ex-Dorian Lord) be headed to ‘Days of Our Lives’? Rumor has it that this ‘OLTL’ fan fave could be set to show up on the Salem canvas and reunite with her ‘OLTL’ pals such as; Kassie DePaiva (ex-Blair Cramer & Eve Donovan, DAYS), Louise Sorel (ex-Judith Russell Saunders & Vivian Alamain, DAYS) and Ron Carlivati, the new head writer for ‘Days’.
Daytime fans would remember that Strasser played the role of Dorian Cramer Lord, the matriarch of the Cramer family for many years on the now defunct ABC daytime drama. Her work was so outstanding that she won the award for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series in 1982 and was nominated several other times.
Dorian was the aunt of Depaiva’s character, Blair Cramer. Dorian’s story was also penned by Ron Carlivati during the time he served as head writer. Strasser’s list of acting credits also include roles such as; Rachel Hutchins on ‘Another World’, Dr. Christina Karras on ‘All My Children’ and Hecuba on ‘Passions’. Soaphub believes that Strasser could be joining the NBC daytime drama. The speculation started after she shared a tweet which could be a clue to this casting tale. Could Strasser be truly headed to back to daytime with a new role on ‘Days’? Stay tuned for updates on this rumor.
