Sistas’ Novi Brown (Sabrina Hollins) is set to star in a new horror thriller Alone In the Dark alongside Terrell Carter (Empire) according to Deadline. The new flick is a Tubi original movie that is set to premiere on the streaming platform in October. It is directed by Brant Daugherty and co-written by Daugherty and his wife Kimberly Daugherty.
The movie follows a recent divorcée under house arrest who must deal with a stalker that appears to have control over her surroundings. Brown is set to play Bri Collins, the recent divorcée aforementioned meanwhile Carter will play Xavier Johnson, who is hired by Bri to protect her from her stalker.
The cast also includes; Kimberly Daugherty, Christopher Bencomo and Malcolm Goodwin. The film is executive produced by Larry Grimaldi, Marianne C. Wunch, Hannah Pillemer, Fernando Szew, Megan Ellstrom, Jake Helgren, Autumn Federici and David Sweeney.
