Bill (Don Diamont) and Katie’s (Heather Tom) son is finally back on the scene on The Bold and the Beautiful as Crew Morrow takes over the role of Will Spencer.
Morrow, the real-life son of The Young and the Restless fave, Joshua Morrow (Nick Newman), made his debut on August 1, 2024. He took over the role from child actor Finnegan George, who played Will from August 2018 until January 2020. Before that, Katie’s little boy was played by Zane Achor, Heather Tom’s real-life son with husband James Achor. And as always, when an actor makes his soap opera debut, we gotta give it a proper “Soap Grade”.
For Soap Opera News, Morrow nailed the role and quickly made it his own. It may be a little too early to tell the depth of Crew’s acting chops, but one thing’s for sure, he’s got his father’s charm, looks and attitude.
In his debut scene — and let’s just say, it was a super awkward one for poor Will — he walked in on his dad in bed with his new lady. And to top it off, when he went downstairs, his dad came down expecting him to hang out and bond with his new sister and her mom. But, Will was just not having it!
Clearly, there are so many similarities between the younger and older Morrow, but what really stood out was Crew’s amazing acting abilities, which shone through in his debut. Based on his performance so far, we couldn’t help but give him an A+. Keep it up, Crew Morrow, your future in soaps looks very bright already. (Photo: JPI/Howard Wise)
