An Instagram post by Steve Burton that caught the attention of many caused them to believe the actor was once again saying goodbye to the role of Jason Morgan on General Hospital. But, this is not the case – thankfully as Burton sets the record straight via a video alongside co-star, Bradford Anderson (Spinelli).
“They’re flying by,” said Anderson in the video, “but I have seen a couple people saying, ‘Steve, are you really leaving GH?’” Burton was quick to respond, “People misconstrued that I was leaving the show. So Port Chuck and Port Charles? Not the same thing, technically. Port Chuck is the band [we play in], Port Charles is the city in which I’m staying for a very long time!”
