In today’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful which aired on August 15, 2024: Finn puts Hope on blast for her rash behavior; at Katie’s behest, Bill broaches the idea of a second paternity test to Luna.
Kickstarting the episode, Hope is in the design office at Forrester Creations, thinking about what went down at the Forrester mansion with Finn when Brooke walks in and asks her why she looks a bit upset. Meanwhile, Steffy and Finn are at home when she tells him that Brooke assured her that she and Hope won’t cause any trouble for her. Steffy has to head to work, and Finn texts Hope asking her to come to his office right away. Katie calls Bill and reminds him why he needs to do a second paternity test. Bill then tells Luna that he doesn’t want to upset her, but with everything that has happened, they need to do a new paternity test.
Paternity Test
Bill tells Luna that he really wants her to be his daughter, but for both of their sakes, they need some answers. While they wait for the results, he has a chat with Luna and explains that they need to be absolutely sure. He expresses how much he wants her to be his daughter, considering her unexpected arrival in his life as the best surprise he could have hoped for. He assures her that she is the addition he didn’t know he needed and genuinely cares about her. As the tests beep, Bill looks at the results and Luna asks anxiously, “What does it say? Are you my father?“

In the CEO office, Katie informs Ridge that Poppy was arrested. Katie notes that she doesn’t trust Poppy and with good reason. Brooke enters as they are talking about it and Steffy follows shortly after.
Steffy is stunned at the news and notes that Poppy is Finn’s aunt. After everyone leaves, Brooke and Steffy have a heart-to-heart. Steffy reminds Brooke of that promise she made about not causing trouble for her and Steffy asks if she really means it and Brooke confirms that she does. Steffy is hopeful that Hope does too.
Finn Confronts Hope
Finn asks Hope what the hell was she thinking kissing him. She’s all apologetic, but Finn’s not having it. Hope even begs him to keep it between them. “Are you serious?” he asks. He reminds Hope that he has worked so hard to regain Steffy’s trust, and now she wants him to lie. Hope notes that it was a mistake and if he was to reveal this to Steffy, it would cause more damage. Finn, though, says he loves Steffy too much to lie to her, and he promises to tell Steffy, even though he knows she won’t like it.
