In today’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful which aired on August 16, 2024: Poppy is stunned by Li’s revelation; Taylor surprises Steffy, fulfilling her promise to return home.
Paternity Test
Bill reveals that the test shows he’s not Luna’s father and they share a hug. As they come to terms with the outcome, Bill vows to always be there for her.
Luna asks, “What about my mom?” and Bill’s all clueless, because the evidence against her is compelling. He even mentions that the original paternity test must have been tampered with.
Luna keeps on talking about her childhood and the life she had with her mom. Then she tells Bill how he finally gave her a stable life. She adds that while he may not be her dad, he’s the most amazing guy she’s ever met before planting a kiss on him.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Today: Don’t Tell Steffy
Hope keeps on pleading with Finn not to spill the beans to Steffy about the kiss, but Finn admits that he should have heeded his wife’s warnings. He’s still adamant that his wife deserves to know the truth about the kiss. Hope tells him that the families will be at war if he was to reveal the truth. Finn wonders why Hope kissed him, wanting to know if she was just trying to irk Steffy. He storms off to tell Steffy the truth. Meanwhile, Hope goes back to the office, flashing back to her conversation with Finn.
Taylor’s Home
Taylor shows up at the Cliff House in LA and Steffy is stunned but happy to see her mom. Taylor is thrilled to see her daughter and she’s been spending time with Thomas in France. She mentions that Thomas and Douglas are loving life with Paris. Taylor asks for an update on things at Forrester, to which Steffy admits that Brooke Bedroom’s Line has been exceeding expectations.
Steffy confides in Taylor about her lack of trust in Brooke and Hope, and apologizes for always ranting about Hope. She’s worried that Finn might be attracted to Hope, but Taylor doesn’t think it’s possible.
As Taylor heads out to freshen up, Finn bursts in and tells Steffy that they got to talk about Hope.
Li goes to see Poppy in jail. Poppy pleads with Li to believe she didn’t do it. Li trusts her and Poppy is thrilled. Li reassures her that Luna will be fine. Poppy is just glad that Luna has Bill.
