Crew Morrow’s dream is now a reality! Young Morrow is now starring on The Bold and the Beautiful, where he plays Will Spencer, the son of Katie (Heather Tom) and Bill (Don Diamont). Crew sat down with his real-life dad Joshua Morrow (Nick Newman, The Young and the Restless) for a chat with Entertainment Tonight (ET) about working in the acting industry.
In the interview, Joshua, who recently celebrated 30 years on Y&R, quipped, “I’ve asked to be on B&B several times and it never happened, but I’m hoping this is finally my path.” Joshua was originally not thrilled with his son’s choice to go into acting. He said, “This is a tough industry. You just want your children to be happy and successful, but he’s tough and single-minded—he was going to make it happen, and he sure did.”
In regards to the advice that his dad gave him, Crew notes with a smile on his face, “He tells me to be confident, have faith in yourself, and walk in with some swag.”
Crew Morrow made his debut on The Bold and the Beautiful and is 19 years old, while his dad, on the other hand, a veteran in the soap opera industry, kicked off his soap career at the age of 20. Watch Joshua Morrow and Crew on ET here!
