Aren Buchholz is celebrating his birthday today!
Born on May 3 and raised in Saskatchewan, Canada, Buchholz is very proud of his roots and credits his current successes to his unique upbringing: valuing academics, sports and the arts equally.
Currently, he plays the role of Jesse Flynn on the Hallmark Channel original series, When Calls the Heart, additional TV credits include guest star roles on ABC’s The Good Doctor, CW’s Supernatural and SyFy’s Lost Girl. On the big screen, Buchholz starred in When the Ocean Met the Sky, which premiered at the prestigious Calgary International Film Festival, winning the Discovery Award Best First Narrative Feature, and was selected to be part of TIFF’s Film Circuit.
