Next week on Beyond the Gates (BTG) on CBS, it’s time to throw the mother of all birthday parties for Kat (Colby Muhammad), and guess who’s crashing the fiesta? That’s right—Tomas (Alex Alegria) is here to sprinkle some joy on Kat’s big day! But hold onto your party hats because Kat’s having a mini existential crisis over cake—she tells Chelsea (RhonniRose Mantilla) she won’t even think about digging in unless she truly “knows” the cake. Chelsea wonders if you have to be in love with a cake to eat it, and Kat wisely asserts that she has to trust the cake. Oh hey, don’t believe we are really talking about cake, though!
Accusation, Rescue Mission, and Interrogation
Meanwhile, Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett) is convinced Naomi (Arielle Prepetit) is taking revenge on him because of her mother’s drama—and Naomi’s not having any of it, labeling his theories as “a load of crap.” She admits that this is just not her style!
Plus, poor Dani (Karla Mosley) is in need of a rescue mission after getting pummeled by a series of life punches, so she roped in Pamela (Cady McClain) for some much-needed help.
Nicole (Daphnee Duplaix) puts on her nosy hat and pries into Vanessa’s (Lauren Buglioli) heart, leading to a revealing admission about her feelings for Joey (Jon Lindstrom). Cue the dramatic music as Anita (Tamara Tunie) tries to figure out just what kind of shenanigans Naomi and Dani are cooking up!
