The drama in the Plasma Ring is hitting a fever pitch, and things are getting dangerous. Jacob (Jibre Hordges)—or should we say Rashad—is still reeling after Ren (Donny Carrington) taught him a lesson, but the violence isn’t stopping there.
The latest promo video has us wondering because it looks like Grayson (Jordi Vilasuso) is the next target of a brutal stabbing. Could this be the end of the line for him, or is this just another terrifying warning?
Martin Updates Nicole
Elsewhere, Martin (Brandon Claybon) is busy giving a very wary Nicole (Daphnee Duplaix) an update on his future. It’s clear he hasn’t given up on those political dreams of his just yet.
He’s actually eyeing something even bigger and wants to know if he should go for it or ease up once the campaign wraps. Nicole isn’t exactly supportive, though. She warns him that his ambition might just cause everything to blow up in his face.
Hayley in the Hot Seat
Speaking of things blowing up, Hayley (Marquita Goings) is about to find herself in the hot seat. Her husband, Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett), is on the verge of learning something truly disturbing. Given the history there, you have to wonder if this discovery has anything to do with Lynette (Dominique Madison). If it does, Hayley is going to have a lot of explaining to do before things get completely out of control.
Finally, Beyond the Gates spoilers for April 22 bring a little bit of romance to the table. Tomas (Alex Alegria) is pulling out all the stops to romance Kat (Colby Nixon). At the same time, Shanice (Ernestine Johnson) and Ted (Keith D. Robinson) are sitting down to have a real talk about their evolving relationship. They have a lot to figure out as they navigate what they mean to each other moving forward.
