Today marks Christian LeBlanc’s 66th trip around the sun. The actor who is best known for his role as Michael Baldwin on The Young and the Restless is celebrating his birthday.
He was born Christian Jules LeBlanc on August 25, 1958, in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He’s the son of Andre Victor LeBlanc and Mary Ann Steiner.
Turns out, Christian got into acting back in high school thanks to a girl who convinced him to audition for a school play of West Side Story. He also played a beggar in Fiddler on the Roof alongside his classmate, the future New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu.
After acing his studies at Tulane University, where he majored in ancient history and pre-med, his life took a turn when a photographer spotted him swimming at a pool and opened up doors for modeling and acting gigs.
