Although the cancer is considered treatable, it’s progressing quickly.
Thankfully, she has a strong support system behind her, especially Johnny (Carson Boatman).
On June 2, Chanel and Johnny meet with Dr. George (John Hartmann) to discuss her pregnancy and how her diagnosis could affect her unborn child. The couple is hoping for reassuring news, but will they leave the appointment feeling relieved or facing even more difficult decisions?
Alex Continues His Journey Into Fatherhood
Elsewhere in Salem, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Justin (Wally Kurth) share another heartfelt conversation about fatherhood.
Alex is still adjusting to the life-changing revelation that he’s a father, and he’s making the most of every opportunity to bond with his daughter. While he’s eager to learn, there may be no better mentor than Justin, who has years of parenting experience to draw from.
Sarah Meets a New Patient
Meanwhile, Sarah’s (Linsey Godfrey) day takes an unexpected turn when she encounters a new patient named Destiny (Sarah Bartholomew) in the Town Square.
Days spoilers tease that Destiny begins experiencing concerning symptoms, prompting Sarah to step in.
