General Hospital Spoilers for Wednesday, November 2, 2023: Cyrus Isn’t Welcome
Wednesday on General Hospital, Cyrus (Jeff Kober) goes to Kelly’s, and Carly (Laura Wright) makes it clear to him that she’s not buying his reformed act and that he’s not welcome in her establishment. She remembers the mob war he started that nearly cost her and Jason (Steve Burton) their lives and she’s holding a grudge.

Lucy (Lynn Herring) changes her mind and tell Scott (Kin Shriner) “I need you to break that agreement I made with Tracy (Jane Elliot).” Meanwhile, Tracy has words of warning for Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) while Lois (Rena Sofer) has words of encouragement for Neddie (Wally Kurth) after hearing his still unfinished song.

Elsewhere, Port Charles starts their Halloween festivities; Robert (Tristan Rogers) and Scott butt heads; Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) has a request for Anna(Finola Hughes); and Ava (Maura West) wants to know, “Who wants to buy Spoon Island?” after she gets an offer.
