General Hospital spoilers for Friday, November 6, 2026 reveal that Drew (Cameron Mathison) may be celebrating a little too soon, Jason (Steve Burton) gets an earful from Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) makes Carly (Laura Wright) a pitch.
Meanwhile, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) makes a discovery that leaves her fuming, and Lulu (Alexa Havins Bruening) asks Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) for a favor.
There’s plenty brewing in Port Charles, and Drew may have the most to worry about!

Drew May Be Celebrating Too Soon
Drew was none too happy to hear that Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) body was found. After all, he had a hand in where the body was buried. Of course, he wasn’t acting alone—and as good as Drew is at keeping secrets, they almost always come to light.
For now, he can breathe a sigh of relief, considering the PCPD has arrested Carly and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) on suspicion of murder.
But with people like Lucas (Van Hansis) working overtime to ensure his sister doesn’t go down for a crime she didn’t commit, Drew should be worried at the very least.
Spoilers for Friday tell us that Drew’s celebration may be premature. Yikes! Is Drew banking on someone else taking the fall, only for his relief to be short-lived? After all, Carly knows that both Ava (Maura West) and Drew were present at the Metro Court the night Brennan died, which definitely raises a few red flags.
Alexis Has a Lot to Say to Jason
Meanwhile, Jason gets an earful from Alexis, and we can’t help but wonder what this conversation is about. Jason certainly has his hands full, and so does Alexis.
She just learned about Jude (Wil Traval) claiming to be Phoebe’s father—when all along she thought Ethan Lovett was the dad. After all, a paternity test did prove his claims… It’s just a pity Alexis doesn’t know he lied!
Could Alexis and Jason’s interaction have anything to do with Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and the confession he made to his dad—the same one Jason warned him to keep quiet about?
Dante Makes a Pitch to Carly
In other parts of town, Carly has faced an uphill battle from the moment she got involved with Brennan’s body. The PCPD brought her in, and the evidence keeps piling up to make her look guilty. It’s easy to look at Valentin as the culprit, but Carly? Dante doesn’t exactly believe she’s guilty. He more so suspects she’s covering for someone, namely her man, Valentin Cassadine.
So, Dante makes a pitch to Carly. Is he trying to get her to hand over intel that could help the case?
Josslyn Makes a Discovery
Other General Hospital spoilers for Friday, November 6 reveal that Josslyn’s discovery leaves her fuming. Could this be about her new cousin in town, Jude Jacks? Joss swore she was going to get the goods on him and has been digging ever since. Does she find something that makes her go WOW? Or could her discovery be tied to her promise to help her mom? Either way, we’ll see!
Meanwhile, Lulu asks Elizabeth for a favor. That libel case is certainly making Lulu do the rounds. She refuses to retract her article. That means the lawsuit is moving forward unless Willow decides to drop it—which we don’t see happening. If we had to bet on what Lulu needs from Liz, we’d say it has everything to do with the case.
