General Hospital actresses; Cassandra James (Terry Randolph), Kelly Thiebaud (Britt Westbourne) and Brook Kerr (Portia Robinson) were on hand to help serve meals with the L.A Mission team at its annual Thanksgiving dinner on Skid Row. The team served over 1,500 meals during the course of Wednesday and Thursday and provided much-needed services to those in need. James shared, “So thankful to spend the morning with my GH gal pals serving meals @thelamission for their #SkidRowThanksgiving service. What do you know about the homeless shelter in your community? We are all connected and there is always room in this world for more helpers. Happy Thanksgiving. There’s so much to be grateful for.“
The L.A. Mission is one of the nation’s largest providers of services to homeless individuals. The establishment has been doing this for 84 years. Every Thanksgiving, the Mission provides hot food and other basic necessities to the men, women and children currently living on Skid Row.
