‘The Young and the Restless’ actress Melody Thomas Scott [Nikki Newman] marks a very special milestone today. She has been in acting for many years. It was at the age of 23, back in 1979 that Scott took on the role of the famous Nikki Newman on Y&R and has been a series regular ever since. Initially introduced as a stripper, the character became well known for her relationship with the great and powerful Victor Newman [Eric Braeden]. Often referred to as “Niktor”, their super couple pairing has spanned over three decades. With Victor, she shares two children, Victoria [Amelia Heinle] and Nick [Joshua Morrow]. Nikki also has another child, Dylan [Steve Burton] with Paul Williams [Doug Davidson]. Nikki has also been paired romantically with other characters.
