Jess Walton is celebrating her 74th birthday today.
Mary-Jess Walton was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on February 18, 1949. She was, however, raised in Toronto, Canada. After spending time there and doing different levels of education there, Walton moved to Hollywood in 1969 and began her acting career. She is currently best known for her role as Jill Fenmore Atkinson on The Young and the Restless. She was been married to John J. James since December 20, 1980. He passed away in 2021.
