Ronn Moss born March 4, 1952 is probably best known for his role as Ridge Forrester on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’, a role he played from the show’s inception in 1987 until 2012. Since his departure from the CBS daytime drama, Moss has kept himself busy with music and other acting gigs. Firstly, in 2013 Moss was a part of a short called “The Brentwood Connection” in which he played the role of Ken Bronson. He also made a brief return appearance on ‘General Hospital’ for their 2014 Nurses’ Ball event where he and his band ‘Player’ performed “Baby Come Back”.
Moss’ next set of gigs were on some television series. Firstly, he played Ian on the Flemish soap “Familie” in 2015. Familie is Belgium’s longest-running TV soap which focuses on the everyday lives of the Van den Bossche family and those around them. In 2016, he played the role of John Wright on “Bruna in Beverly Hills”. This series focuses on the outrageous, outspoken Italian maid, Bruna who moves into the Beverly Hills home of John and Sally Wright and turns their lives upside down. Moss made an appearance on “Ismo” as himself in 2016. “Ismo” focuses on the misadventures of stand up comedian Ismo Leikola.
Moss’s next major gig outside of ‘B&B’ was as John Blackwell on the Emmy award-winning web series “The Bay’. He has been a part of that series since 2010 and remains a part of the cast. “The Bay” focuses on rich and famous families who indulge their lifestyles with forbidden love, tattoo sex, malicious lies and never-ending scandals.
Moss is said to be working on an upcoming movie titled “Beverly Hills Christmas II” which is slated for release later this year. Moss plays the role of Gatekeeper in the upcoming family movie which is a sequel to the popular movie, Beverly Hills Christmas that was released in 2015. Fans who miss Moss on ‘B&B’ can catch him on ‘The Bay’. Other than acting Moss remains busy with music.
