On Valentine’s Day 2019, Kristen Alderson tweeted, “Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!! Guess what?? I’m doing something realllly fun today & it has to do with @GeneralHospital 
Any guesses!?” Many fans immediately speculated that her tweet was indicating a General Hospital return. There were even articles indicating that Alderson was set to reprise the role of Starr Manning or to resurrect Kiki Jerome. However, there’s no truth to it.
In reply to a fan who queried if the rumors were true and related how ecstatic she’d be if it’s true, Alderson replied, “No truth to it. The rumor started because I said that I did something “with General Hospital”. But it was just the podcast with the guys from General Hospital
