General Hospital star, Lisa LoCicero is celebrating a major milestone today. It was on this day in 2008, that she began playing the role of Olivia Falconeri. In scenes, Olivia was reconnected with her past after she saw Sonny (Maurice Benard), her teenage boyfriend, at Frankie’s bar. Sonny at the time being engaged to Olivia’s cousin, Kate Ward (played by Megan Ward at the time), asked her to come to Port Charles to be Kate’s maid-of-honor. Since then Olivia has resided in Port Charles and has been romantically paired with men such as; Johnny Zacchara (ex-Brandon Barash), Steven Webber (ex-Scott Reeves), Julian Jerome (William deVry) and her current husband Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth). LoCicero earned a Daytime Emmy Award nomination in 2015 in the category of Oustanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her amazing work on the show.
