Paige Herschell Never Expected Jacinda to Stick Around
Reflecting on her initial hiring, Herschell recalled how what was supposed to be a fleeting guest spot quickly blossomed into a major storyline. “It was supposed to be about three, four episodes and it just turned into more than that—turned into recurring,” she revealed.

“56 episodes later, here we are. So, I’m super grateful for it. I’ve learned so much,” Herschell shared, praising the relentless work ethic required for daytime television. “You guys, you have your work cut out for you with all those lines.”

Herschell’s final scenes featured a powerful, tearful performance as Jacinda said goodbye to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) at the Quartermaine mansion. Speaking on her exit, the actress left the door wide open for Jacinda Bracken to stir up more trouble in the future.
“Jacinda’s gone for now. You never know what could happen. Maybe she’ll come back. You know, guns ablazing,” Herschell noted.
