Rising star Psalms “Psalms” Salazar has been cast as a series regular in Season 2 of Starz’s hugely popular drama P-Valley.
Psalms Salazar landed her first major role in 2020 in the dark drama film Girl Lost: A Hollywood Story where her role as “Baby Girl” left no doubt she was one to watch.
In the series, Salazar will portray “Whisper” who is characterized as an enigmatic free spirit with a spooky streak who speaks in riddles and eerie truths and becomes a full-blown tornado when she hits the pole.
P-Valley is an adaptation of the play Pussy Valley by Katori Hall who also created the series. It takes place in the Mississippi Delta set in the fictional town of Chucalissa, MS, and the strip club The Pynk and follows the lives of the strip club dancers.
