The wait is finally over! This Friday, September 19, Ryan Paevey makes his much-anticipated return to General Hospital.
In a fun and playful video shared on GH’s official social pages, Ryan runs into Finola Hughes, aka Anna Devane, right on set.
As Hughes is walking, glued to her phone and not paying much attention to where she’s going, she accidentally bumps into Ryan.
Surprised, she asks, “Wow. Ryan? What are you doing here?” Ryan casually replies, “I work here.”
Finola, acting shocked, says she thought he had left, to which he responds that he did, but now he’s back.

The banter continues as Finola spots the script in Ryan’s hand and asks if he’s studying lines. He confirms he is. When she asks, “When are you on?” Ryan answers, “Friday… this Friday… September 19th.”
Then comes the question everyone’s dying to hear: “Who are you playing?” With a sly smile, Ryan says, “I can’t tell you that. It’s a secret.”
