On July 19, 2022, Elia Cantu made her debut as Jada Hunter, Marcus Hunter’s (played by the late Richard Biggs) on Days of Our Lives.

In her introductory scene, Jada was with Rafe (Galen Gering) seeking a job at the Salem PD. After being hired, Jada shared scenes with Clyde Weston (James Read), Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). She later pursued her first case as she questioned Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) at her wedding.

Jada is a bit of fresh air that’s needed on the canvas. Elia was flawless, to say the least. She came in and hit the nail on the head with her amazing portrayal thus far. She’s fierce, she’s a badass, and she has the right energy for a Salem PD officer. We can’t wait to see her story unfold. For her debut, we gave her an A+!
