Here we go again!
The latest Soap Opera Digest reveals that Kate (Lauren Koslow) will run into the back from the dead Vivian, who is being played by soap opera legend Robin Strasser. Kate is shocked to see her nemesis standing in front of her after she shot and killed her months ago. But really? Someone comes back from the dead like every three months in Salem. She shouldn’t be surprised.
Vivian, wanting revenge on Kate, pulls a gun on her. Kate tries her best to talk her down, even offering to run DiMera Enterprises together. But all of her words fail and Viv pulls the trigger and buries Kate alive leaving her for dead.
Kate is miraculously able to dig herself out of the ground and makes it to the hospital. “She literally gets off the elevator and collapses onto the floor,” Koslow told the magazine. Salem’s best doctor, Kayla, is there to rush her into a room. Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Haley (Thia Megia) work together to save Kate’s life. Kayla is trying to figure out what happened to her and is shocked to hear Kate whisper the name “Vivian.” You know because someone coming back from the dead is a real shocker.
