The Y&R spoilers video preview for the week of August 4 features alliances being formed across Genoa City.
Cane Forms An Alliance
Next Week on The Young and the Restless, Cane (Billy Flynn) is back in Genoa City, and let’s just say… he’s not exactly flying under the radar. His return is already shaking things up. Some people are on edge, others are already scheming against him — but Cane? Oh, he’s got a plan, and it involves more than just causing trouble.
It turns out Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) and Billy (Jason Thompson) are both part of his little game. He meets up with Phyllis in a suite at the GCAC, and Cane drops a surprise. Phyllis wonders who this mystery guest could be — they must be a big deal if Cane’s letting them in on his business. Then the door swings open, and it’s Billy. “Who’s ready to make some waves?” he asks.
Victor Approaches Lily
Meanwhile, over at Crimson Lights, Victor (Eric Braeden) is cooking up plans of his own. He sits down with Devon (Bryton James) and Lily (Christel Khalil) for a little chat. The topic is Cane’s return. Lily doesn’t mince words — she wants nothing to do with him. But Victor? He’s not so quick to write Cane off. Looks like the Newman patriarch may have his own ideas about forming a team.
Claire and Kyle Visit Adam
And if that’s not enough alliance-making for you… Over at the office, Adam (Mark Grossman) is caught off guard when Claire (Hayley Erin) and Kyle (Michael Mealor) drop by. Adam wants to know what brings them by as he eyes them curiously.
Claire shoots back, asking why the Newmans stop by unannounced. She points out that they want to make a deal.
Looks like alliances are forming fast, and not everyone knows who they can trust.
