Y&R Recap March 20, 2024: Today on The Young and the Restless – The Newmans support Claire as she struggles to connect with her new family.
Young and Restless Y&R Recap March 20, 2024:
Claire, Victoria, and Nikki are at the ranch, still shaken by what happened with Jordan in that basement. They’re trying to wrap their heads around it when the topic changes.
Nikki finds out that Claire bumped into Summer today at Crimson Lights, along with Kyle and Harrison. She asks how it went, and Victoria says it was all good—Harrison instantly took a liking to Claire. No surprise there; she’s so great with kids, always goofy and fun, never talking down to them.
Nikki mentions that it’s a real gift, not something everyone has. Claire talks about how strange it is to finally meet all these relatives she’s only read about for years. She never could have imagined the love, especially since Jordan only wanted her to see the messy side of the Newmans.
The Life She Dreamed Of!
Claire talks about what she dreamed and imagined life would be like. Nikki tells her she’s one of them now and Jordan can’t take that away. Claire is tired and just wants to sleep.
Victoria and Nikki head off to bed, leaving Claire behind on the couch. She falls asleep and has this dream where Victor wakes her up, telling her that the family is waiting for her. Victor mentions he has to drop by the office, and he’ll see her soon, calling her “Eve” as he headed out.

At the GCAC, Summer and Abby eagerly await “Eve’s” arrival. They offer her coffee, but she declines, seeking something to clear her head.
When Nick and Cole join them, they discuss racquetball, while Summer and Abby share their enjoyable experiences in Mexico. They commend Eve for her numerous talents and natural leadership skills.
Facing Jordan!
Suddenly, the lights go out, and Jordan’s appearance startles Claire. Despite her fear, Claire composes herself as everyone resumes their conversations. Devon arrives, followed by an unexpected appearance from Adam, who is now employed at the GCAC in Claire’s dream. Mariah and Cassie’s arrival leaves Claire stunned. This vivid dream explores Claire’s imagined life as part of the Newmans. Sharon, Victor, Nikki, and Victoria all arrive, culminating in a heartwarming birthday surprise for Claire with the arrival of balloons.
Young and Restless Y&R Recap March 20, 2024:
Jordan suddenly pops up and everyone freezes. She’s holding an IV and says it’s for Claire. Claire snaps back, telling her this is the life she was meant to have, and she won’t let Jordan mess it up.
Jordan storms off, telling Claire to follow her. They end up at the Jazz Lounge, where Jordan insists none of this is real and it’ll all just disappear. She calls out all the chaos she’s caused and vows that she’s not done yet, claiming there’s plenty more to wreck. Claire warns Jordan to go to hell because she can’t hurt her anymore.
Young and Restless Y&R Recap March 20, 2024:
Back at the GCAC, Claire bumps into Adam, who insists her act doesn’t work on him. He thinks she’s more like him than the other Newmans and sees a dark side in her that could make her a force to be reckoned with if she lets it out.
Claire argues that they’re nothing alike because he can’t change, while she already has. She returns to the table, and as if by magic, everyone unfreezes and the party continues.
As Claire is on the verge of disclosing her wish, she abruptly awakens from her dream, calling out for Victoria. Concerned, Victoria inquires if Claire had a nightmare, and then Claire invites her to sit down. Victoria embraces Claire and contemplates when they will be able to find peace once more.
