Summer may be over, but the leaves aren’t the only thing changing this fall in the fictional Los Angeles on The Bold and the Beautiful. From newcomers to love triangles and unexpected twists, we’ve got a sneak peek at what’s coming, according to TV Insider, who spoke with co-head writer Michael Minnis on what to expect!
Luna/Will/Electra
This Summer, Will was celebrated as he got a promotion at Forrester Creations. However, his after-party wasn’t something he could’ve predicted. That being said, coming this fall on B&B, the story is going to heat up as it unites the Spencer family. Bill and Katie will join forces to support their son, but might find themselves in very familiar territory. Will they reunite? This story also begs the question: Can Will and Electra’s relationship survive once the truth comes to light? Will Luna finally pay for her crimes?
Li and Sheila
The two will soon become confidantes to one another. The drama with Luna being alive continues to keep them in each other’s orbits. And while Sheila is worried about her relationship with Deacon — if and when — he finds out the truth, Li will be her sympathetic ear.
Hope, Liam, and Carter
Liam’s life-altering situation has him looking at things way differently than he did before. Right now, he’s set on reuniting with Hope and their little family, but Carter wants to marry Hope, and he doesn’t seem to be backing down from his fight. Hope will find herself conflicted as Liam promises he’s a one-woman man but at the same time, she’s engaged to Carter. Can she choose? Meanwhile, Daphne is back, and she’s made it clear how she feels about Carter.
Brooke, RIdge, and Taylor
This fall, Ridge and Taylor’s relationship will be tested, but will they survive? This will send her off into new directions with “someone else that hopefully fans will embrace.“
Steffy and Finn
Steffy returns to L.A., and she comes back worried about her mom and dad’s relationship. Outside of that, Steffy has to get caught up with the Luna situation, and she and Finn will be stronger than ever for now.
Donna, Eric, and Zende
Donna will play the concerned sister. She will be part of the story of what happened to Will at his party. Meanwhile, Eric will be a part of the fashion story coming up. Plus, Zende will find himself a part of the Forrester story and a designer who helps the company.
Additionally, someone from Dapgne’s past may come in and have an interesting impact on a number of characters. “There’s a couple of younger characters that are tied to our major families that are going to be coming in.”
