Actress Emily O’Brien (Gwen Rizczech, Days of our Lives, ex-Jana Fisher, The Young and the Restless) is voicing in the upcoming new video game, Saints Row. O’Brien is voicing “Boss Voice #6.”
Saints Row is a series of action-adventure video games that follows a fictional street game, the 3rd Street Saints. The game focuses on an open world where the player can complete missions to progress an overall story and also engage in various side activities.
The series was created by Volition and published by THQ and Deep Silver. The original game was released in 2006 with several subsequent successful installments thus making Saints Row one of the bestselling video game franchises of all time.
The latest game, a reboot, was developed by Volition and published by Deep Silver. It is set in the fictional city of Santo Ileso, which is under the control of three criminal gangs. The player-character, “The Boss”, a former member of Marshall Defense Industries, assembles a new gang from dissatisfied members of the three gangs to help “The Boss” seize power from them.
Saints Row is set to be released on August 23, 2022, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Google Stadia.
