Can you remember the last time the Quartermaines actually had turkey on General Hospital? Honestly… maybe not! And that’s because, as Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) rightfully reminded Chase (Josh Swickard), it’s been decades—maybe close to 30 years—since the family had a traditional Thanksgiving meal without total chaos breaking out.
At this point, the Quartermaine Thanksgiving is practically a cursed holiday ritual, and the curse always ends the same way: no turkey, all pizza.
So, will things finally be different this year on GH? Or are we headed straight back to the good ol’ “Thanksgiving à la pepperoni,” as usual?
Naturally, Chase wants them to at least attempt a real turkey dinner. And based on a photo from an upcoming episode for next week, we actually see a beautifully roasted turkey set proudly on the Quartermaine table. Promising, right? Well… not so fast. Because standing right there beside it is your favorite furry troublemaker, Outback.
Pizza or Turkey for the Quartermaines on General Hospital?
And if Outback is in the room, hovering near the table like a four-legged time bomb… you know what that means. Another mishap could be moments away, and the Quartermaines might yet again be dialing for pizza before the night is over.
Now, General Hospital is off for the rest of the week, but when the show returns with brand new episodes starting Monday, December 1, spoilers tease that the Quartermaines will officially kick off their Thanksgiving celebration. As for how it all ends? Well, that’s something you’ll have to tune in to see.
Will Chase and Brook Lynn break the long-standing Quartermaine curse and bring turkey back into the holiday tradition? Will Outback make a surprise grab for something on the table? And will pizza reign supreme yet again?
Just a few burning questions we’re asking.
